We have opportunities for experienced Senior Vets across New Zealand. As a Vet Director of one of our Auckland (Botany Downs, Takanini and Lincoln Road) or Wellington clinic you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, ensuring a high level of customer service, patient care and leading a dedicated team of vets and vet nurses.

Veterinary Locum

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate new graduate or experienced veterinarian to join our clinics.

We require locum veterinarians with good all round skills to help cover holiday leave and shorter notice sick leave cover at one of our Auckland, Wellington our South Island Clinics.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work individually in a sole charge situation, but also to lead the team are essential attributes
  • Friendly, outgoing, compassionate and empathetic
  • Computer literacy is a must, with working Vision knowledge preferable


There is a focus on providing a high standard of medical and surgical practice, a suite of modern diagnostic and surgical facilities are available to achieve this. 

Late nights, public holidays and weekend work may be required. We will require references from previous employers. All applicants must be able to legally work in New Zealand.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join our well established and fully equipped clinic on the beautiful Kapiti Coast where we have two modern, purpose built practices. The Kapiti Coast offers a unique living experience, being close to Wellington for city life, yet having beaches, rivers and mountains on our doorstep. Kapiti has excellent primary and secondary schools to choose from and the climate is great for an outdoors lifestyle. 

The primary responsibilities of this position include: managerial and supervisory duties, clinic systemisation and compliance, surgical, medical and general nursing, maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, delivering excellent customer service to clients and working in the clinic reception.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Vet Nurse with 5+ years of Veterinary Nursing experience, hold a qualification that is recognised in New Zealand and have a ‘can do’ team player attitude.
